Contracts
The display of an item for sale on this website is an invitation to treat and not a contractual offer to sell any goods to you.
We make an offer to you when you place an order for a product.
We take payment from you via Paypal or Paymate. We do not move funds from Paypal or Paymate to our bank account until we have checked the availability of goods. You understand that goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, our acceptance of your order and, therefore, the creation of a contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice. This takes place when we ship your product from our premises. It does not take place until that stage, notwithstanding that you may have made payment via Paypal or Paymate, which payment may have been acknowledged via email.
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason, including, but not limited to, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions of use.
Prices
Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
Mess eKids accepts both Paypal and Paymate as payment methods.
For New Zealand customers, you will be billed in Australian dollars.
Delivery
Orders can only be delivered from this website within Australia and to New Zealand. Postage within Australia is free of charge until Christmas 2008. Postage to New Zealand is charged at registered international prices for packages up to 2kg.
Returns
We accept returns for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase where we have received your returned item in its original condition. For example, tags must not be removed, and item must be in original packaging. You may elect to exchange with goods the same price, or receive a refund.
Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
All items are brand new.
You must notify us prior to returning any items.
It is recommended that you ship the item back to us using a tracking number. If we do not receive the merchandise for any reason, and there is no way to track the item, we will not be able to issue your refund.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returned item. However, if an item is defective upon delivery to you, a refund of shipping costs may be considered. It is very important that you contact us to discuss this prior to returning any item. For example, we may request that you send us a digital photo of the damage. Please note that all items are checked prior to shipping to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods once we have posted them to you.
Please send your return to 23 Cazaly Close, HOLT ACT 2615 along with a short note explaining the reason for return, along with your details so that we can identify who the returned goods are from.
Colour reproduction
We try to ensure the colours displayed on this website are as close to the colour of the article(s) for sale as possible, but various factors determine the colour you see on your computer screen, including your own monitor. Therefore, garment colours may vary slightly from the images of them displayed on this website.
Right to Refuse Supply to Individuals or Companies
