Postage
We currently deliver to Australia and New Zealand.
For delivery within Australia, we have just changed to free postage (within Australia only)!
Our Christmas 2008 and January 2009 free postage offer (within Australia) ends 31 January 2009. From 1 February, there will be a $5 postal delivery fee for orders under $35.
For delivery to New Zealand, we charge registered international prices for packages up to 2kg.
Returns
We accept returns for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase where we have received your returned item in its original condition. For example, tags must not be removed, and item must be in original packaging. You may elect to exchange with goods the same price, or receive a refund.
Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
All items are brand new.
You must notify us prior to returning any items.
It is recommended that you ship the item back to us using a tracking number. If we do not receive the merchandise for any reason, and there is no way to track the item, we will not be able to issue your refund.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returned item. However, if an item is defective upon delivery to you, a refund of shipping costs may be considered. It is very important that you contact us to discuss this prior to returning any item. Please note that all items are checked prior to shipping to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods once we have posted them to you.
Please send your return to 23 Cazaly Close, HOLT ACT 2615 along with a short note explaining the reason for return, along with your details so that we can identify who the returned goods are from.
